Each piece is made to order. Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
We ship worldwide from our EU and China fulfilment centres. Standard shipping is €9.90, and free on orders over €150.00. Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days depending on destination. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. Duties and customs are handled in advance, so there are no surprise import fees on delivery — the price you see is the price you pay (plus shipping).
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise it, email us at support@wallbuy.shop before the 14-day period expires.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 14 days.
Neon is fragile — we pack carefully, but if your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
